All about the role

Our Early Careers - Enterprise IT Program is specifically designed to develop you across an 18 month period of learning, growth and delivery within our Information & IT Security teams here at Just Eat Takeaway.com.

Upon joining the Program you will undertake up to 4 defined rotations across 18 months which may include: End-User Support, IAM (Identity Access Management), Workplace Technology and Networking to layer your learning of the business, develop your knowledge, understanding + technical competency to successfully support in delivering key business projects.

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Perform End User Support activities related to physical hardware like servers, networking equipment, applications and networking connections.
• Participate in the planning and response to service outages including connectivity issues, conducting daily checks, managing client requests and arranging laptops & tech.
• Participate in Identity & Access Management activities performing auditing and review and providing reports around access management processes and risks, and participate in Identity & Access Management related projects..
• Be involved in Core Infrastructure such as Networking and Workplace Technology activities, understanding tool integration, compliance, security and reporting of enterprise wide technologies
• Provide real-time end user ERP systems support, problem identification, and participate in training to facilitate knowledge transfer, prevent problem recurrence and contribute to knowledge transfer.
