JOB SUMMARY/ PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Paid Media & CRM intern will support the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce departments by coordinating paid media and CRM activities across email, SEA, and paid social. affiliates and display advertising. He or she will work closely with the Paid Media Specialist and the CRM Specialist.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Support with weekly reporting on paid media and newsletter performance
  • Support on developing and building CRM email campaigns
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and dashboards from advertising agency – to find new insights and opportunities for paid media activity.
  • Analyze creative performance from paid social and display campaigns.
  • Support with creating briefings for creative team, copywriting, advertising agency, etc.
  • Support with managing the database, this includes database clean up, analysis and segmentation.
  • Coordinate copy briefings with external translation agency
  • Support with monthly validations of sales
  • Prepare/compile and format presentations and reports
  • Support with Gift With Purchase campaigns from supplier prospection to packing gifts
  • Implement SEO Metadata changes on KARL.com
  • Analyze campaigns and create benchmarks/best practices
  • Provide administrative support for office related tasks

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
  • Keen knowledge and interest in digital marketing and data analyzation
  • Experience with premium brands or the luxury sector is preferable but not a must
  • Previous marketing or e-com internship preferred
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office software suites and preferably also in Google Analytics
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of an additional language (one that is served on KARL.com) is a nice advantage.
