The HR operations team is eager for an entrepreneurial intern. Our team works on the basis of value chain and is the service provider in the field of operational HR services, personnel administration and information provision.

That is what you will use your talents for as intern HR at Van Lanschot Kempen. Our team strives for continuous improvement of (work) processes and quality through standardization, digitization and the use of data.

You also have the following tasks:

• HR administration.
• Keep e-dossiers up to date.
• Pro-active improving HR process.
• Answer operational HR questions.
• Working on HR projects.

Entrepreneurial, specialization and devotion. This is how we can best describe you in the position of HR Intern. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. You also:

• Are in your third year bachelor hbo.
• Are 5 months available for 32-40 hours a week.
• Are accurate and quality focus.
• Are independent and team player.
• Have good mastery of English and Dutch, both oral and written.
