As an intern you have a wide range of tasks and you work together with many colleagues. We are often in the office in The Hague. KPN has embraced hybrid working, which means that work varies between working from home and in the office.

• Literature study; what is currently available for indoor propagationmodels 3.5G band
• Based on research, develop theoretical propagation model for 3.5G band on which indoor installations can be accurately planned and calculated
• Build a test set-up in KPN's RF-lab for pathloss measurements for 3.5G band
• Test the theoretically developed propagation model in practice (test & live environment)
• Document the results

Our mobile network consists of more than 5000 set-up points in the Netherlands and connects more than 7 million customers. Together with 180 enthusiastic colleagues, we ensure that we remain the best mobile network in the Netherlands.
