  • General Responsibilities (not limited to)Respond to all candidate queries throughout end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails related to recruitment.
  • Be a point of escalation for Talent Officers and provide mentoring and support
  • Build strong relationships with wider Grayce team and collaborate (client partners, practice lead, marketing, and people services)
  • Manage the careers calendar and schedule interviews for the development programmes
  • Conduct first stage interviews
  • Consistently update candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Screen candidates and match to suitable assignments
  • Escalating any recruitment issues to Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Showcase excellent knowledge and understanding of recruitment process for the Grayce programmes
  • Contribute to the training and onboarding of new starters to Talent Acquisition
  • Proactively create engaging adverts and content and utilise all channels to attract talent.

Talent Management Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the contributes and attributes that make successful Grayce analysts
  • Ensure consistent quality assurance throughout the end to end the recruitment process
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to really understand their key skills and experience
  • Develop strong relationships with Grayce client partners and practice leads to understand our client requirements fully to ensure the right candidates are selected.
  • Develop a strong understanding of candidate pipeline, understanding volume across locations, skills, and experience

Skills/Experienced required

  • Experience of delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies to meet client SLAs.
  • An understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. job profiling, sourcing, selection and assessment).
  • Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs.
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
  • Experience of face-to-face interviewing.
  • Proven experience and understanding of pre-employment vetting procedures including right to work in the UK.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence and industry trends (e.g. new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes).
  • IT literate, strong Office skills - Word, Excel.
