Internship Service Management Specialist

The Digital Employee pillar of Workplace & Service Management is focused on transforming the way people work across the company, especially relevant in our new, dispersed “post COVID” world. Driving the digital experience and productivity of employees by maximizing their effective usage of technologies and process digitalization that allow them to connect anytime, from any place and any device. We delivered more than 400k productivity hours back to employees in 2022. As intern in this team you will work across variety of potential projects and services

What we ask

To be successful in this internship, you are/have:

  • Currently 3rd of 4th year student in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in written, a hands-on attitude and proactive mindset with an eye for detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Currently and during your internship you are enrolled at a Dutch educational institute
  • Available to start as soon as January 2023 for a minimum of 5 months.

Vacancy description

In this role you will be part of the Digital Employee team and your main responsibilities will be focused on (but might shift based on needs at time of your internship) :

  • Win with the right products to right users – ensuring that we offer the right capabilities to enable employees, focus on future development in industry and ensure we stay future proof. As well as building right employee capabilities to use solutions effectively.
  • Take the lead and implement changes or improvements across wide variety of productivity solutions. Includes aligning with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Provide stable, reliable Services for small/medium apps that drive repeat usage, while looking for opportunities to improve our efficiency and resulting user satisfaction.

... working with the Digital Office team on enabling and sustaining digital meeting experiences in our offices globally

... supporting us to drive digital working behaviours globally to improve our hybrid working effectiveness

  • Expert in the digital ways of working in large multinational
