The mission for our Digital Marketing Manager is to generate high quality leads through our online channels. You have a passion for online marketing, marketing automation and analytics. You will be responsible for using technology to find the best leads for our personas and to create a customer journey with automated touchpoints in combination with offline touchpoints with our sales and customer success colleagues.
Your success will be measured through conversion, customer retention and customer satisfaction.
Optimise marketing channels in order to increase the number of potential customers that register themselves.
Develop automated campaigns to convert new customers and nurture existing customers.
Expand content on our website, online platform and email campaigns in order to provide the right information at the right time.
Drive the performance of our direct and paid acquisition channels to the optimal return on investment.
Monitor marketing funnels, conversation rates and retention rates
Develop content calendar, and supervise copywriters to help the execution.

You hold a Bachelor or Master in a relevant field
You are an expert in HubSpot and WordPress
Knowledge of Elementor would be a nice to have
You have 3+ years Digital Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B setting
Your analytical skills are excellent
You are a native Dutch speaker and highly proficient in English
You are a leader with vision who can set KPIs and flawlessly execute without losing sight of the big picture.
You are a creative digital thinker who can put him- or herself in the shoes of our customers and deliver value through engaging content and experiences.
