Your role

As a Customer Service Ecommerce Specialist you are responsible of continuous improvement of the consumer experience for customers who need support during pre-sales, purchase and after sales or renewal online at Samsung.com

Your responsibilities

Your main responsibility as a Customer Service Ecommerce Specialist is continuous improvement of the consumer experience for customers who need support during pre-sales, purchase and after sales or renewal online at Samsung.com

Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

  • You align with Samsung eStore organization on required process improvements and manage quality of Samsung Contact Center for eStore related inquiries.
  • You obtain, review and share relevant information, knowledge and processes with stakeholders (shared service centers, logistics and contact center.
  • You identify and quantify inquiries related to performance of partners responsible for deliveries.
  • You ensure quality and capacity of Samsung eStore support team at contact center vendor (Agents, Product specialist, staff, etc.).
  • You also monitor and manage contact center performance for eStore line of business.
  • You act as interface between Samsung contact center and Ecommerce operations and improve customer experience by alignment on many levels.
  • You continuously manage and improve quality of customer contact for eStore related questions.
  • You manage the loyalty sales to customers,
  • You manage different projects across all E-store contact channels.

Preferred qualifications

As a Customer Service Ecommerce Specialist you have the following qualification(s):

  • You have minimum 3 years’ experience in same kind or job.
  • You have a Bachelor degree (or higher).
  • You are bilingual (Dutch and English).
  • You have Samsung DNA: Flexible / no 9-5 worker / Dynamic
