What are you going to do?

To maximizing the value of our extensive Air France KLM RPA platform, your skills will be needed to effectively create and maintain RPA solutions for the wide range of business platforms we support.

You will engage with business partners and stakeholders to assess current business processes and determine if they meet the requirements to become an RPA solution.

If needed, you will advise business partners on adjustments, to become fit for RPA.

Based on the business requirements, you define the MVP and the building blocks it consists of.

You will be part of our product delivery cycle, starting with the first assessment all the way up to the implementation of the RPA solution.

We work agile so you work together with the Product Owner and Scrum Master, while during the sprints you will monitor if the proposed solution still fits.

To stay ahead of the curve, you will actively help the team improve its way of working, by proposing and developing new standards.

Coordinating Information Analyst Responsibilities

- Support business to clearly formulate business requirements.

- Assess the RPA fit of the business requirements.

- Provide the Product Owner the required effort (in sprints) based on the requirements.

- Translate the business requirements into an MVP and define the RPA building blocks.

- Build the bridge between developers and business, by translating the business requirements.

- Being responsible for making sure that the RPA solution meets the requirements.

- Create test cases based on functional requirements.

- Monitor and support the build of the defined RPA solution.

Where do you land?

We offer you an exciting assignment, working closely to the businesses, helping to realize their goals with emerging technology.

You will be part of the RPA team of Development - TASC – SWITCH.

You will be working together with French colleagues to develop the Centre of Excellence further.

As Coordinating Information Analyst, together with the team, you will be responsible in the range from help to advice on leaning business processes and develop bots together with the AFKL businesses.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a possibility mind-set who can inspire, lead and deliver in an agile way. Driving execution in connecting to the “Taking the robot out of the human” vision and strategy. This is a role for a hands-on people’s person and someone who can really take an idea from nothing and create something amazing.

You must also be able to participate and present ideas in a convincing manner to capture the imagination of both business partners and teams.

Also, it would be great if you possess:

  • Strong research and business development skills required.
  • Eagerness to work with new technology.
  • Design thinking experience preferred.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with and influence others at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving /result-oriented skills
  • Experience in supporting a mature, highly skilled team, enabling them to do what they do best
