Job Description

As Philips Healthcare, we would like to invite 80 students on March 25th to experience an inspirational day at our innovation site in Best. Get to know what it is like to work for a large multinational such as Philips, and work hands-on on a few of the challenges the business is working on.

During this event, you have to opportunity to

Get to know Philips, it’s strategy for the future and the products and solutions we design and create at Philips Best. At Philips, our purpose is to improve people’s health and well-being through meaningful innovation. We aim to improve 2.5 billion lives per year by 2030, including 400 million in underserved communities. As a technology company, we – and our brand licensees – innovate for people with one consistent belief: there’s always a way to make life better.

On March 25th, you will have an opportunity to work on some real-life business challenges. In addition, you have an opportunity to connect with managers and trainees currently working at Philips, to get a feeling on what it is like to work with us. You will visit the Customer Experience Center, where you can see the full portfolio of Philips products and how they are used to improve people’s lives.

Last but not least, you will collaborate with students and experts from Philips on a case, which you will pitch to a jury at the end of the day. And … for the winning team there will be a small prize. We close the day with dinner (pizza) and drinks!

  • Bachelor or Master student, studying towards an engineering or business degree
  • Interactive, creative, pragmatic and ambitious goal-oriented go-getter that takes ownership in order to drive for result;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • You are capable to think strategic and act pragmatic;
  • Strong team player;
