Responsible Tech Intern

Considerati is looking for a Responsible Tech intern to join our team for 5 or 6 months. Do you want to work in a unique Responsible Tech team and support our consultants in projects for public organizations and companies, concerning digital ethics, responsible data use, and the (social) impact of new technologies? Our Responsible Tech team was established last year as a result of increasing questions from organizations about how to deal with the use of technology, in areas where laws and regulations are still being developed and social discussion is in full swing. During your internship you will be supervised by an experienced consultant and you will gain experience in professional practice. Our atmosphere is informal, open and approachable, so you will quickly feel at home in our young and ambitious team.

Job description

You will support Consultants in various assignments at the intersection of data & technology, ethical issues, and social impact. You will conduct research, help with project work, and contribute to the development of new services. Together we look at the contribution you can make and which areas you want to develop in.

What is required?

• You are following a University (Master's) program with a technical, data science/AI, or design focus and have an affinity with digital ethics/value sensitive design, new technology, or corporate responsibility
• You want to gain consulting experience at the intersection of technology & data, ethics, and organizational consulting
• You can quickly immerse yourself in new developments and are able to carefully execute several tasks simultaneously
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in English
• You are proactive and enterprising and can function both in a team and independently
• You are enthusiastic and eager to learn
• You are available full time for 40 hours per week and have the possibility to work from home
