Your personal mission

We are looking for someone to fulfill an important role in a rapidly growing and evolving company. Our new Legal Counsel likes to operate in a high-paced, innovative environment, tackles upcoming matters hands-on and advises the management team pro-actively and professionally.

Even though every day at Nostics is different, there are some key responsibilities that we would like you to take upon:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of (international)contracts such as;
• o NDA’s & Partnership agreements
• o Sales & Purchase agreements
• Quality & suppliers agreements
• Employment & Engagement agreements (knowledge of Dutch labour law is essential)
• Regulatory affairs (optional)
• You will provide general advice, counselling, and training on all types of legal matters to the Management Team.
• Liaise with and direct all external legal counsels.
• Furthermore, you will engage and partner with the various functional departments/teams (e.g., Finance, HR, QA, Operations & Business Development) in the business regions to support business and management matters and initiatives, including handling all local (pre) litigation matters.

Your background

This job is both exciting and challenging, but also incredibly fun!... It requires an educational background in Legal (a Master in Law) and min. 4 years of work experience in a law firm or corporate environment.

You are a generalist with a lot of interest in different legal disciplines.

You will be involved in a lot of what is happening in the company, so confidentiality and discretion are crucial characteristics we are looking for.
