About the Role

Digital has altered marketing dramatically and continues to mature and evolve today, with web and other owned channels at the center of customer communication and engagement. The ever-changing landscape requires dedicated focus from a seasoned professional who can deliver the best customer experience across all our owned media.

A new role, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Web Marketing Manager is central to realizing Infront’s strategy to scale up the marketing function using an always-on digital approach.

In this role you will:

  • Take direct responsibility for all our owned media platforms across web and social media
  • Build and refine the customer engagement strategy across those platforms
  • Collaborate with campaign leaders to build best practice customer experience into integrated campaigns from early in the design process
  • Lead digital execution of integrated campaigns across all owned platforms
  • Optimize execution across owned media to engage audiences and deliver campaign objectives
  • Deliver best-in-class web strategies, pushing the envelope by utilizing new techniques, tactics, and the best agencies
  • Monitor all owned media to achieve benchmark results for time-on-site, bounce rates, and content cross-promotion

Who you are

A great Web Marketing Manager will have many (but not necessarily all) of these qualities:

  • A data-centric approach to marketing, comfortable with a wide range of data and able to derive insight to support fast decision making
  • A customer-centric design style to engage customers on our owned media
  • Strong technical skills in the areas of web site performance, content delivery, and optimisation
  • You have experience working across multiple European cultures and languages, bringing cultural awareness and nuance to drive effectiveness
  • A strong point of view on what great digital looks like when balancing across different mediums and tactics to deliver high levels of engagement
  • A natural collaborator, you communicate clearly and effectively through your personal influence with multiple audiences
