​Hunkemöller is looking for an IT Support Specialist (m/f) to strengthen our IT support team - especially for 1st line support -, based at our international headquarters in Hilversum near Amsterdam. Hunkemöller is an international lingerie brand and we’re expanding rapidly with plans to grow globally over the next few years. To continuously improve the ‘World Class Service’ we offer to our customers, we’re in a constant state of ‘change and strive’ to find even more exciting ways to shop in the future. This requires an advanced IT infrastructure that supports both our store colleagues and the employees based in all our local head offices. To deliver IT “World Class Service” to our internal stakeholders, we’re searching for an additional team member to join our IT support office.

You’ll support our Hunkemöller employees with these main tasks:

  • As a member of our IT Support desk, you’ll deal daily with IT related questions via phone, mail or ticketing system in Dutch and English
  • You’ll manage IT related (first or second line) issues that occur in either our stores, international HQ or local head offices. In more detail this entails:
  • Registering, updating and keeping track of issues in the ticketing system (Topdesk)
  • Solving “easy fix” issues yourself and corresponding with internal or third-party partner on more complex issues
  • Communicating and guiding our employees through problematic situationsto solve them as soon as possible
  • You’ll monitor and prioritse issues to solve them, together with your colleagues in our IT Support team
  • You’ll prepare hard or software issues incl. phone/laptops/tablets for new HQ employees or our Stores

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has finished an ICT related education (HAVO, MBO, HBO, Bachelor or similar, ideally with some work experience)
  • Gained work experience or an internship/ stage, ideally in an IT service/support team
  • You have knowledge of AD, operating systems, MS Office
  • Is truly service minded and eager to solve problems for our employees
  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch (German or any other European language skills would be a plus, but not a must), both verbal and written
