As a Traffic Controller at Customer Relations you are responsible to coordinate, improve and control the processes, tools, execution, and communication of successful service level management. You effectively and independently counteract the operational effects of internal and external factors impacting the organization.

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT

You will be part of the Traffic Team reporting to the Operations Manager Customer Relations. As the proverbial spider in the web in the daily and weekly operation of the Customer Relations department. You act proactively and independently to safeguard the departmental KPIs by translating and implementing the long and midterm planning strategies onto the work floor. For 32-40 hours per week you:

  • Steer the traffic of incoming customer contact cases, conclusively discuss operational needs, suggest solutions, and take independent decisions to optimize operational performance consistently.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on the KPIs and give in-depth feedback and advice on short- and long-term trends and thereby crucially contribute to creating a successful long-term service level strategy.
  • Continuously looking for improvements and proactively supporting the Customer Relations management team with in-depth operational analyses and recommendations.
  • Have an eye for the bigger picture you determine which meetings and trainings can happen and whether it is possible e.g. to grant time off, all the while counteracting the effects of ad-hoc changes to the schedule.
  • Detail obsessed in a healthy way and a great communicator who can translate the components of the departmental performance to different audiences.

With an eye on the future, the anticipated developments within the department and further exploration of upgraded tooling, the role of the Traffic Controller will evolve in the months to come. Therefore the position offers opportunities for personal growth and contribution beyond the successful management of service-level performance.

Within the Traffic Team you work together with 4 enthusiastic colleagues: the team is currently existing of 2 team members but will grow to 5. Just like you, they continuously seek for improvements. THIS IS YOU

High on energy, low on ego and with a little bit of humor. You are also 'one of a kind' because of your proactive approach. On top of it, you:

  • Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and perception
  • Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Have at least 3 years of Traffic work experience in a customer service department
  • Your knowledge of MS Excel, Salesforce and WFM Tools (Calabrio is a pre) is solid
