Management Events is like Tinder for business. With our revolutionary Leads as a Service (LaaS) concept, we bring IT and IT consulting solution providers together with qualified top decision-makers in 1-2-1 meetings to see if they can work together on business challenges.

For the next steps of our company growth we are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to join our dedicated and highly motivated team. You will help IT and IT consulting companies grow, work with B2B sales processes from A to Z, and in addition to a base salary, you will receive attractive commissions on closed deals!

What will you spend most of your time doing?

  • prospecting; You search and filter potential new customers and build up your customer portfolio
  • Initial contact with potential new customers via phone call, LinkedIn, emails, etc.
  • qualifying prospects; You evaluate whether they have the characteristics that make them suitable for our service
  • solution selling; You ask customer needs, advise them on our solution to their problem, and emphasize the added value of the meetings we offer with C-level decision-makers
  • Closing sales and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Working with other teams to achieve common goals
  • Developing your knowledge of different industries and markets

We hope that you:

  • You are a willing to learn, communicative and open team player
  • speak German at native level and speak English fluently
  • You have already gained experience in the B2B (sales) area, or have strong B2C sales experience
  • You are familiar with working with KPIs and/or see them as motivation
  • You feel excitement from the first contact to the conclusion of the sale
  • Enjoy building customer relationships

  • A four-week onboarding in which you will learn everything about our service, our sales process and our customers

  • A compensation model with an annual target salary of €48,000 - €60,000+ in the first year, with potential for a six-digit salary increase after 2-3 years (fixed salary + commissions + quarterly bonuses)
  • Hybrid work opportunity: You start your onboarding with 5 days/week in the office, as soon as your performance is right, you have 2-3 fixed office days
  • 25 regular vacation days plus a maximum of 12 bonus vacation days per year

  • Phone call (approx. 30 minutes): I (Maria) will organize a call with you to tell you more about the position and our company and to answer any questions you may have. I would also like to learn more about you and your motivation.
  • First interview (max. 1 hour) with the hiring manager face-to-face or via video call to go into more detail about your expectations and goals. This is an opportunity for you to talk about the exact areas of responsibility and our remuneration model.
  • Second interview (max. 1 hour): Face-to-face or via video call. Part of this is a 15-minute role-play, which you can prepare for.
