Hilton Rotterdam is looking for a Human Resources Manager! As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the hotel to deliver an excellent staff experience. You will also be required to manager succession planning and assist the Human Resources strategy.

What will I be doing?
As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for the Human Resources policy in the hotel. You are well informed of all the developments in the hotel and the hospitality industry. You deliver a proactive contribution to the development, implementation and monitoring the strategical, tactical and operational HR policy, together with the 2 permanent employees in the department.
In this role you are an expertise dialogist, you advise the management with organizational advice issues and HR tasks such as absenteeism, employee satisfaction, turnover, personal development, recruitment & select CLA and law changes. You are freely accessible for all Team members in the hotel, you fulfill an advising and coaching role, are a hands-on and creative person and an initiator in the field of social activities of the employees. Important pillars for Human Resources for comping years are recruiting and retaining talent, absenteeism management, employee satisfaction, vitality and to fully digitalize the administrative HR processes. In this role you work closely with, amongst others, the Cluster national Learning & Development Manager to develop employees in the hotel, with the Arbodienst to manage the absenteeism, with the lawyer to solve legal issues in good harmony and the salary administrator for an error-free salary payment.
