Enthusiasm and results orientation will be essential to support our Scrum Master team within Investment Management Technology & Analytics. Together with other Scrum Masters you are accountable for the scrum team’s effectiveness. You will enable teams to improve their practices so that they are able to reach their goals.

That is what you will use your talents for as a Scrum Master at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will use your people & communication skills to facilitate, inspire and support our teams. During the internship, you will work in a dynamic environment with highly motivated teams that deliver value every 2 weeks. All teams service the Investment Management value chain.

You also have the following tasks:

• Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
• Removing impediments
• Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organisation and cross-functionality
• Helping the department to improve scrum way of working

Your talents

Empathetic, communicative and hands-on mentality. This is how we can best describe you in the Scrum Master Internship. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you also are a good listener and have problem solving skills. You also have:

• You are a third- or fourth-year bachelor student
• You are passionate about technology and tools
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written
• Finance background and knowledge is a nice to have
