As Sales Operations Specialist, you will join our multidisciplinary Sales Operations team based in the Netherlands. Working closely with the Swiss Sales & Marketing team, you’ll support the wider business by contributing in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • You’re responsible for identifying and reviewing new business opportunities & tenders and making sure the whole sales funnel is administered in our Salesforce CRM;
  • You’ll provide (pro-)active support on sales opportunities, contracting, administration and requests for information & documents for a variety of potential and existing clients;
  • You’re in the lead of building and maintaining local resources, like templates, manuals and databases for our Swiss Sales & Marketing team;
  • You are the linking pin between our sales & marketing team and feel comfortable with changing priorities in a fast paced environment with short timeframes.

You:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, with focus on new business support;
  • Are internationally oriented and master the German and English language in speaking and writing, French is a plus;
  • Have experience with collating proposal/company information for PQQ and RFx documents;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and provide status updates in a fast paced environment working within short timeframes with a diverse group of colleagues;
  • Are the example of proactivity and result-orientation and you always apply a confident, can-do attitude;
  • Are continuously looking for improvements and ways to carry out work smarter;
  • Have experience of working in a CRM database like Salesforce (or similar);
