Travellers can complete their travel plans with door-to-door transfers by selecting the transfer they want, based on vehicle type and price, and enjoy peace of mind on the first and last mile of their journeys.

transferz has its roots in Taxi2Airport, a well-established marketplace specialized in ground transportation around airports all over the world. Taxis, private cars, and small vans are among the standard modes of transport, but also limousines, helicopters, dedicated trains or even tuk-tuks are part of the possibilities.

With coverage in 150+ countries and 1.500+ airports and more than 5.000 transfer companies in the network transferz is truly global. We already gained the trust of leading international travel brands like Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Amadeus, Traveloka and KLM. For these travel brands Transferz is a one-stop-shop, providing global ground transportation solutions to their customers, whilst capturing interesting ancillary revenues. YOUR MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Executive you’ll be part of the Sales team within the Commercial department. This department is responsible for the acquisition (Sales team), the onboarding, the performance and the growth (Partner Success team) of our global partnerships with airlines, online travel agencies, hotel brands and airports.

An Account Executive takes care of a dedicated set of leads and opportunities (region or industry vertical) in the travel space. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from opportunity to win.

You manage several sales projects simultaneously and you ensure delivery against key performance metrics. You use your solution selling expertise to respond optimally to customer needs and identify business potential in order to create a strategic and long-term partnership. After the deal is won you manage the handover to the Partner Success team for onboarding.

Travelling is part of your role as you will be visiting the most important travel trade shows around the world. You will report directly to the CCO.

YOUR PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

We’re a match if you possess:

  • a proven track record of success in sales with emphasis on customer acquisition
  • credibility and evidence of building strong relationships internally and externally
  • effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
  • a result driven attitude, without losing your interpersonal skills
  • an independent way of working and a great sense of responsibility
  • an entrepreneurial spirit with a good sense of humour
  • fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • a Bachelor's or Master’s degree

It helps if you:

  • have prior experience in the travel industry
  • are tech savvy
  • also speak another language fluently, preferably from South-East Asia
  • have experience with Salesforce
