We are looking for you!

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Online marketer to be responsible for managing the marketing strategies and plans to support the objectives of SmartLockr. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our online and offline marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

Your mission

• Plan, execute and distribute online and offline marketing campaigns. Ability to create and run campaigns on various channels in order to meet the company targets;
• Conduct competitor and market research to establish consumer requirements, habits, and trends;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
• Measure and analyse performance of marketing actions against KPIs and make recommendations to continually improve performance and maximize ROI;
• Liaise with partners and external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
• Collaborate and support other teams (sales, customer success, HR) to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
• Maintain our website.

Requirements

Do you have what it takes?

• 3+ years relevant work experience as marketing specialist or an equivalent position, preferably in B2B;
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as events, SEO, paid advertising, social media, etc.) and market research methods;
• Proven track record with funnel optimization and digital growth;
• Hands-on experience with marketing software, CMS, CRM software, marketing data analytics and tools;
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus;
• Problem-solver mindset, result driven attitude and heavy attention to detail;
• Excellent project management skills;
• Excellent Dutch and English skills, both written and oral.
