About the CIO Office department

The CIO Office is one of the building blocks of the IM function responsible for planning, driving and controlling the entire IM function to world-class standards and policies. We all enjoy sharing our expertise and passion with others. For that reason and to bring in fresh talent and ideas, we would like to have more interns in our team. Internship description

Key Objectives

• Support the CIO Office in achieving its objectives.

Key Accountabilities and activities

• Supports the implementation / adherence / compliance with the In-Control Framework set by CIO office.
• Supports planning and preparation of Monthly reports
• Helps in preparing projects and or communication from other CIO Office departments
• Helps coordinate initiatives and activities within IM, e.g. presentations, festivals, meetings
• Supports the CIO Office in KPI reporting and communication
• Supports the CIO Office department in the different activities required by the functions within the department, Project Management Office, Functional Excellence, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Digital Innovation.

Who can apply?

The internship is open for 3rd year Bachelor or Master students that are enrolled at a university in The Netherlands. A background in Business Administration, Economy, Computer Science, or International Business/Relations would be preferred.

Further requirements for this internship:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• Digital administrative skills
• Adaptability to new technologies
• Initiative, energetic and communication skills

Terms of employment

• Your starting date is latest mid February 2023. Minimal period of 5 months. Extension could be discussed.
• The internship is fulltime
• You will be based in our Amsterdam HQ
• You will receive an internship fee between €500-€700 based on fulltime internship
• You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month, based on fulltime internship
• If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
