As our Digital Media Analytics Manager, you will be joining a new and developing team, with a great opportunity to influence our solutions and methodologies within the Insights & Analytics European team. You will optimize our process & improve our capabilities to measure digital media effectiveness and continuously build on our digital media knowledge.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Define the frame of real time digital media effectiveness measurement and in-flight optimization in Europe:
  • Recommend data, analyses, tools needed for I&A to own the digital media measurement
  • Identify opportunities to optimize current tools and fill any relevant gap
  • Design any development plan with the global I&A team
  • Deploy the desired frame to the whole I&A team in Europe
  • Define the yearly learning plan and good practices needed to improve our knowledge of digital media effectiveness, in collaboration with I&A leads and EU Media team. This includes the definition of the Best In Class process to input digital campaigns data into MMM
  • Partner with the global media team as well as with key digital media publishers to:
  • Identify collaboration opportunities
  • Share meta learning that inform improvements for MDLZ in Europe
  • Integrate the digital media learning into the broader frame of advertising effectiveness in collaboration with the global I&A team, EU I&A leads, MBS (as needed)
  • Identify and pilot new methodologies for measurement, scale them up and deploy them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Main stakeholders: Media team, Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, Insights & Analytics global community

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred (Preferred: Business, Marketing, Statistics, Analytics); MSc is also beneficial
  • Good knowledge of media attribution measurement (MMM, lift etc), data visualization tools, social listening tools
  • Proven experience in any of the following areas; programmatic media, digital analytics, digital marketing, media, consulting, or related fields eg Technology Industries; experience working in FMCG is a plus
  • Comfortable working with complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources and across the organization
  • Concise and effective communicator (in meetings, writing and presenting), ability to simplify complexity
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to adopt to the changes in the organization
  • Relentless commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Fluent in English
