About the job

We are looking for a Product designer who knows everything about translating product requirements to an accessible design, testing new concepts with our users and identify new opportunities. Someone who can crawl into the skin of our clients to help them get the most value out of Spotr by sharing information with excellent timing.

You will be responsible for designing new features within Spotr, and setting up and conducting tests to validate those features. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the boundaries of our product and the Spotr user experience. With your work, we'll increase the user retention and engagement of Spotr.

The role

• Analyze user needs, behaviors and use case patterns to create a better understanding of how our product is being used.
• Create a thorough understanding of what our users need to have the best Spotr experience.
• Develop new concepts that help our users solve their day-to-day challenges.
• Deliver high fidelity UI designs to our developers.
• Set up both qualitative and quantitative research to gather the right data to make UX decisions on.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing and the development team to translate user journey obstacles into actionable experiments.
• Actively look for industry best practices and commonly used solutions.

Requirements

• In general - We are looking for a product designer with minimal 3 years of working experience. It is a big plus if you already have experience with a SaaS product.
• Analytical - Being able to gather the right data and make sense of it will help you to constantly improve Spotr.
• Emphatic - The way our customers are thinking, feeling, talking, seeing, and doing on a daily basis affect the the way they make decisions with our product. Therefore you need to have a healthy dose of empathy to be able crawl in their skin and give them a fluid Spotr experience.
• Creative - There is a lot to be communicated with limited screen space and user attention so you will need your creativity to keep things sensible and create a kick ass experience.
