As our Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for all customer success initiatives. You will keep the business focused on delivering customer requirements and your input from a customers perspective will play an integral role in directing product development.

The role

The role of Customer Success Manager consists of the following responsibilities.

  • Being the main contact person for a number of our existing customers.
  • Providing product insights to customers to ensure they maximize the use of the product.
  • Understanding customer requirements and collaborating with the engineering/product team to ensure these requirements are always being met.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer requirements are always being reached
  • Analyzing customer health metrics such as: NPS and constantly gathering feedback which can be improved on.
  • Communicating effectively to both internal teams and external customers

What You'll bring to the team

  • Minimum a masters degree in communication, sales, business, and/or related fields.
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience at a software company.
  • Sufficient technical skills to understand the requirements from the customer on a technical level.
  • Proven experience juggling multiple customers/projects at once.
  • Familiar with measuring customer engagement, and translating outcomes to actionable solutions
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are driven, self-motivated, approachable and have great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, Dutch is a bonus.
