Since its inception in March 2018, our Reward & Employment team has continued to grow working with high profile clients along the way. The team is now looking to further expand the Reward group at Manager and Assistant Director level. The ideal candidates will have experience working on transactions and will be bright, diligent, action-orientated, and hands-on. The team is currently spread across London and Glasgow and has developed into a close knit and supportive group who are committed to delivering exceptional client services.
The team advises a wide range of clients on all tax (UK and international) aspects of employee remuneration. Our Reward team works with clients to assist in a number of areas such as:
Coming into the team, your role will be varied and key responsibilities will include identifying and winning new work opportunities, networking with the wider A&M business, delivery of work to high standard, meeting tight deadlines and investing time in building their own expertise in a fast growing team.
