Social Video Specialist - Tiktok

In Marketing, we are responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement with our community. On our platform, on social media, and everywhere there are crafters, we engage existing customers and appeal to new ones. Our goal is to grow different verticals through partnerships and promotions! We are super hands-on, and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks throughout Creative Fabrica’s marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

• Be our inhouse TikTok expert and content creator and create daily fresh new content on TikTok to grow our audiences
• Presenting your own fresh & diverse TikTok content.
• Engage with our audience and other creators from the brand’s voice
• Master of your iPhone with an eye for good natural light.
• Creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and its algorithms.
• Skilled in video editing for TikTok.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting of TikTok KPIs and metrics, focus on increasing our reach and audiences

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years experience working in social media, specifically TikTok
• Content creation experience on TikTok and an attention to detail
• A keen eye for video curation, and creating engaging content
• Professional English and a grade A communicator

Required Soft Skills

• You are hands-on, and can work independently to get the job done
• Problem solver, and a creative thinker - you find opportunities in everything
• Expressive, outgoing personality and a positive attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience in a scale up
• Love of design and crafting/DIY
• Enthusiastic and energized by working with other team members
