JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Provide key support in sustainability activities and administration within the Karl Lagerfeld product sustainability team.

  • Collect certifications on fabric and product level
  • Check certifications on validity
  • Update product sustainability tracker and ensure all information is complete and received on time
  • Track and trace RSL and performance testing reports and being responsible for documenting/filing the information in designated areas.
  • Update vendor overview and support in monitoring of compliance
  • Work with suppliers to implement more sustainable practices
  • Support the sustainability team in administrative tasks
  • Research innovative materials and/or processes in relation to product and production
  • Support in reaching the product sustainability targets

PROFILE

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Interest in sustainability, materials, and fashion
  • Extremely organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • International experience.
  • Knowledge of excel and other office programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in fashion or environmental/sustainability degrees
  • Preferably starting as soon as possible and being available for at least six months.

It is a requirement that the candidate is enrolled in a university or school program.
