Menlo Coaching is seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record of driving sales processes and meeting clearly defined targets to expand our client base.

Specifically, the goal of the Sales Director will be to pitch our MBA and GMAT services to leading players in our target industries, in hopes of establishing lasting B2B partnerships.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate is a driven, strategic salesperson who feels ready to foster a relationship between Menlo Coaching and our target firms. A track record of (successful) experience building B2B partnerships will be a must, while having connections, relationships, or experience with these firms would be a major plus.

The Sales Director will also be involved in baseline sales-related tasks, including getting to know our customers via inbound sales calls and supporting other sales and marketing initiatives.

Other qualities we are looking for:

  • A strong communicator and writer
  • A conscientious, critical thinker with a highly developed business sense
  • The negotiation and listening skills of a sales pro

You can expect from us:

  • An initial 6-month contract, with a goal to renew the contract if successful
  • A salary competitive with market rates and based on experience level
  • A willingness to sponsor qualified applicants for relocation to the Netherlands, or consideration of remote work for the right candidate.
