We are looking to change the game on how to bring to life the joys of sport in the UK and this is why we’re looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team and accelerate our B2B and B2C GMV sales to external partners.
The job objectives
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
DIGITAL MERCHANDISING
- I lead our product content optimization and implementation with strategic partners.
- I am the main point of contact for the partners to work on our digital strategy and its implementation.
- I provide new content for digital campaigns and work closely with the communication and design team.
- I ensure that all products are effectively merchandised, identifying bestsellers, key trends & stories.
- I work closely with the SWO project manager and supply leader. They count on you to create value for the partnership from a digital perspective, bringing new ideas to the table and analyzing the digital performance.
- I understand the Decathlon product portfolio, value proposition, and messaging and adapt it for partner marketing programs and communication.
- I coordinate the build of reports that help us make more intelligent choices in terms of range/Offer, merchandising, pricing etc.
- I report to the stakeholders and support any data request.
- I am the primary digital contact for partners, meeting them regularly to maintain a productive partner relationship, and managing the product information and digital merchandising of our products.
- I develop processes & tools to boost efficiency within the business.
- I am comfortable working with senior external stakeholders, using data and tools to drive business growth. I am comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the early stage of the STO project.
- I develop professional and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders both inside and outside the business.
CUSTOMER SERVICES & REVIEWS
- I directly manage the customer reviews and feedback per partner, ensuring all customers receive a response.
- I give feedback on the product ranges to the STO team based on my understanding of customer needs and what they have shared with us.
- I plan the affiliate scheme and select product reviews with each partner.
ECONOMIC REPORTING & P&L MANAGEMENT
- I review the commercial sales per product in the range every month with the project leader through digital channels, I actively source new lines and opportunities to increase ranges with each partner.
- I monitor engagement and campaign performance to help shape future strategies.
- I prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respectively assigned partnerships.
