We in the Business Transformation Unit are looking for a Product Owner Service Portals Benelux!

The team

The Business Transformation Unit is the department within Allianz that drives digital transformation and innovation. The aim is to build new digital solutions to service customers and achieve service excellence. Important everyday principles that we use are: user centered & simple, personal & relevant and digital by default. You will be working with digital experts who are highly passionate at what they do. But it doesn’t stop there, you will be collaborating with multiple departments such as: Sales & Distributions, Operations, IT and Data office.

What will you do?

You have the full commercial ownership of Allianz’ service portals, by having the rare opportunity to work on a strategic, tactical and operational level to ensure your channels’ maintenance and optimal performance. As a true owner of your channel of the My Allianz portals and environments you will be responsible for the following:

• Translate our vision and strategy for digital interaction to actionable and useable functionalities for our customers and brokers;
• Translate your tech-savviness and creativity to assess and implement new opportunities for our customers and brokers;
• You know how to connect and influence colleagues, management and other stakeholders to collectively implement the digital strategy;
• You will co-create a seamless experience for our customers through digital servicing such as apps, chatbots, portals etc.;
• You will create a blueprint of your solutions ensuring its scalability for other domains and/or countries.

What will you bring to the table?

• You have a Bachelor or a Master degree;
• You have 5+ year experience as Product owner or Digital Specialist;
• You have previous experience with multiple CMS systems;
• You create a common language between developers, solution architects, business analysts and product owners;
• You have a very hands-on mentality when implementing your solutions; you describe yourself as analytical, social, curious, entrepreneurial and you are passionate about innovation and new technologies;
• You have worked in an Agile work environment.
