Are you someone with a passion for and multiple years of experience in IT change management? Do you have experience with infrastructure and/or workplace services and are you challenged by a complex IT landscape of our large customers? Then you are the one we are looking for to join our team as an IT Change Manager!

As an IT Change Manager, you will be responsible for managing the change process and prioritizing IT changes in close alignment with the internal organization. You will ensure changes are successfully executed, managed on time, quality, and budget. You will work closely with a top-class engineering team and ensure stakeholders are involved in the changes and manage risks.

You will work with a team of process managers dedicated for one client, and you report to the Head of Operational Shared Service Management

Fujitsu acquired very challenging customers in a variety of sectors, projects for new customers, like Transition and Transformation projects and project renewals and extensions of services to existing customers. In this fast-changing environment Fujitsu’s expertise will be challenged in the fields of functionality and efficiency. In this setting you will as a change manager take ownership of the changes in state-of-the-art infrastructure services and workplace services (front and backend).

Our projects often comprehend vital business needs and therefore need to be treated as such. We look for employees who can handle this responsibility.

  • You can manage changes according to the change process and assess and assign changes and monitoring execution of the changes. Proper change administration and financial/budget and cost control must be in place to achieve internal and external targets and meet our SLA’s.
  • You will prepare, plan, monitor and evaluate your changes on Key performance indicators. You make sure changes will be executed in time with the right quality. You will steer third parties who are involved in changes.
  • You will be responsible for delivering clear and concise status reports to both the customer and customer team stakeholders
  • Solid internal and external communication will be vital to ensure the success of your changes. Therefore, you will keep all stakeholders informed about progress to ensure that expectations are aligned.
  • You will organize and chair the Change Advisory Board together with the customer. You keep track of the overall change calendar and making sure changes are executed with as little impact as possible.

Do you have what it takes?

You are in possession of a Bachelor degree and have experience in IT infrastructure services. You are familiar with the ITIL change management standard but also really like IT and you have sufficient IT knowledge to assess, plan, assign and monitor changes. Ideally you are Agile certified. As a person you are proactive and process focused, you take ownership and are flexible as well as a great team player.
