The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with future clients in order to catalyse business development success. You will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs and ensure a good follow-up. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers and the marketing team to uncover and initiate new leads.

The main goal of the sales team is to drive business for SQLI by generating a healthy pipeline that is balanced across our services and to close deals with leading brands and companies. The sales team works closely together with our practice leads, our marketing team and our software partners to drive the success of our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You are the driver of building new business relationships, connecting with new customers who have shown interest in services of SQLI
  • Together with the Business Development Managers you will work with the most progressive SQLI Partners from this moment and together ensure a strong and lasting relationship.
  • You prepare the relevant documentation for the RFI/RFP process
  • You will guide leads through the early stages of the sales process by communicating with prospects regularly, sending the right content and hosting high-level demos
  • You work closely with new customers to find out the needs of the market and you translate these into improvements and plans to grow sales together with the Business Development Manager
  • You are on top of the entire sales cycle, inbound, outbound lead generation and qualification, prospecting through various channels such as email, LinkedIn and other social media
  • You keep the CRM system up to date
  • You schedule appointments with relevant stakeholders and ensure a successful follow-up
  • You take proactive and creative approaches to identify new opportunities to expand the existing network

ABOUT YOU:

  • HBO/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-5 years' of experience in related role (preferably in Software Industry/Digital Agency)
  • You actively ask for feedback and you are not afraid to give constructive feedback to others
  • You speak Dutch and English at a high level
  • You have good communication skills, you speak with enthusiasm
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You have a strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of impact and business results
  • A positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • The ability to surprise customers and exceed their expectations
  • Strong commercial skills and you are entrepreneurial
