For our offices in the Netherlands we are looking for a CRM/Technical Marketing Automation Trainee who helps our customers to fully utilise the power of marketing automation.

The traineeship starts with a program where you combine learning about CRM, Marketing Automation and working for clients. As a CRM/Technical Marketing Automation, you devise and configure CRM or Automation solutions that help our customers to achieve their objectives. You will think about how to make use of the available data in terms of managing the Customer's CRM platform, setting up integrations to combine product feeds, customer databases, web content and insights about click behaviour and setting up a fully personalised customer journey across various regions. To do this you work with data and sometimes write code in SQL, Javascript or HTML. You are not a developer, but you know tech and want to get all the insights about your customer's. You can also clearly articulate the solutions you have devised to help our customer go one step further.

For this Traineeship we will have two different directions to follow: CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Technical Marketing Automation. Together with the team you will decide which path will have the best fit for you.

As no day is the same as a member of the CRM/Marketing Automation team, you are not afraid of a little challenge; shifting schedules around becomes a second nature, and you maintain calm at all times! And just as no day is the same, neither is planning! Variety, growth, and input is provided, but also expected from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and configure CRM/Automation solutions that help our customers to achieve their objective;
  • By combining your technical knowledge and experience with a sense of business, you arrive at the best technical solutions for our customers;
  • Learn how to translate business requirements into scalable solutions contributing to more efficient sales and customers service processes
  • You will think about a scalable data model and setting up integrations to combine product feeds, customer databases, web content and insights about click behaviour, so that you can create the perfect customer journey that entices the end customer to convert.
  • To do this you work with data and sometimes write code in SQL, Javascript or HTML ( You are not a developer, but you know tech)
  • You will learn how to work with declarative automation tools
  • Clearly articulate the solutions you have devised to help our customer go one step further.
  • Create reports and dashboards to keep track of metrics and KPI’s

YOU:

In case of CRM:

  • Have a background/study in IT, and would love to learn more about customer data and business processes;
  • Have a background/study in IT or Marketing, and would love to know more about data models, coding and integrations;
  • Have experience with, or would like to learn no-code tools like Salesforce Flow or coding languages like SQL and java.

In case of Technical Marketing Automation:

  • Have a background/study in IT, and would love to learn more about Marketing;
  • Have a background/study in Marketing, and would love to know more about data models, coding and integrations;
  • Have experience with, or would like to learn scripting languages like SQL, Javascript, or HTML/CSS.
