As UX/Interaction designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges. Responsibilities:
- Apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities;
- Translate strategy into well thought-through journeys, flows and wireframes;
- Substantiate your design choices with annotations and animations;
- Create simple prototypes (and validate these with users if needed);
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback;
- Work closely with visual designers on the final product and delivery.

You:
- Have 4+ years of experience as Interaction/UX designer at an agency;
- Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field;
- Are a strong communicator and fluent in (spoken and written) English;
- Have experience with digital projects for A-brands, demonstrated through a portfolio (website or PDF);
- Have experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
- Have a strong appreciation for design — experience with design systems is a plus.
