The job as a project manager for IT service is all about customer and employee satisfaction always keeping CLEVR’s business objectives in mind. Your role entails planning, governing and having fun while working with external clients. You should be able to multitask: Handling multiple client requests while managing consultants and stakeholders. Does this sound like something you can accomplish? Your homebase

Mendix Professional Services in the Netherlands is our largest group of consultants (close to 140) who successfully build apps on our favourite low-code platform. You guessed it right: Mendix. Projects can last from 2 months to 3 years, depending on the size and scope. To give you an idea of the type of projects we do at CLEVR you can read some of our customer stories..

Our multidisciplinary teams of consultants can vary from being a one-man-show to a team of 10 at just one customer. You will be working closely in a team of experts in their respective field. Curious about who they are?

You will be reporting to your squad leads (some of which are named above) and they again report to Wouter van Dee, our global head of Mendix Professional Services worldwide (Netherlands, Germany and soon Norway).

A sample of your tasks:

• People-planning across multidisciplinary teams for our clients and partners
• Identify and escalate risk in a timely manner and take appropriate actions
• Management of time, budget, scope and quality for multiple projects
• Solve problems that may arise within the team, among customers or suppliers
• Set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally and externally
• Spot the right commercial opportunities
• Create a safe place to work for all consultants in your projects

What do we expect you bring to the table?

• You must speak English and also fluently Dutch
• You must have experience with IT project management, preferably in Low-code
• You must have experience with project management methodologies like Prince2, Agile PM
• You must have experience with Scrum: Are you the master?
• Of course, you care about employee and customer satisfaction
• And, we expect you to be a planner, problem solver, result and quality-oriented and stress tolerant... Someone with imagination: who dares to step up when others come across bottlenecks. And last but not least: Fun! :)
