The team's experience extends to debt issues under Canada's Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (adopted by the US SEC and Canadian securities regulatory authorities) and debt offerings registered with the US SEC.

The Securitisation team advises arrangers, funders, originators, service providers, trustees and insurers (both private and public sector) on a wide spectrum of securitisation, warehousing and covered bond transactions.
