As a Service Desk Employee you are responsible for the quality and continuity of the IT infrastructures managed by the team in accordance with the Service Level Agreements agreed with the (internal and external) customers. You are responsible both independently and as a team for the installation, configuration, management, security and maintenance of PCs, network and peripheral equipment in an international environment.

As a team, we have ultimate responsibility for end-to-end service provision to the customer. As a professional in your field, you have a flexible attitude towards your colleagues and customers. Your activities include:

• clarifying fault messages and estimating possible causes;

• making trade-offs between solving the problem yourself or referring to the second line;

• monitoring the processing time of the reports;

• grant and revoke authorizations based on guidelines and authorities;

• keeping data of users up to date in relation to used hardware and software;

• identifying frequently occurring problems and questions from users and devising structural solutions;

• formulating proposals for improvements in computer use in the organization;

What do we ask:

Of course you are customer-oriented and you provide the best service. You have excellent communication skills, you have strong problem-solving skills and you aim for the best results. In addition, we ask the following:

• MBO work and thinking level;

• 1-3 work experience in a (telephone) support role;

• Basic knowledge of Azure Active directory, MS Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, VOIP and networking;

• Experience with ticket systems (eg Topdesk)

• ITIL and MCP certificates are an advantage

• be able to work independently but also in a team;

• good command of English language in word and writing.
