About the Role

The SP Systems Engineers will be responsible to the SP Programme Chief Engineers. Specific role scope will be subject to assigned programme but will include a range of systems engineering activities:

  • Classical requirements management and development
  • Verification Planning
  • MBSE
  • Trade Studies

Required skills, qualifications and experience

  • Experience of full development lifecycle.
  • Experience / understanding of MBSE as applied to various programme lifecycle stages.
  • Requirements derivation.
  • Trade study definition and delivery.
  • Definition and monitoring of Technical KPIs.
  • System architecture and sub-system derivation.
  • Experience in varied architecture frameworks / methodologies preferred.
  • Experience in working in a classified setting.
  • Be able to multi-task: candidate will be required to lead and coordinate SE across multiple programmes
  • Strong communication skills required to liaise with Senior Stakeholders both within the company and customers.
  • Active DV Clearance due to urgent programme requirements.
