JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the E-commerce department, with a focus on content.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

Continuously liaise with the Marketing & Communications teams to plan timelines for all visual assets and needs for key launches and communications and execute platform updates for newsletter, homepage, landing page, product listing pages and product detail page in our Emarsys and Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms.

  • Coordinating copy localization and internal review of all editorial copy as well as publication checks for go-live for all e-commerce communication channels.
  • Support with onsite and newsletter content testing
  • Analyse testing performance, customer behaviour and drive improvement initiatives
  • Look after all website pages for up-to-date imagery and information
  • Work closely with Merchandising team to maintain a clear merchandising strategy across all areas of the site
  • Support with content research and benchmark
  • Support commercial activities on KARL.COM driven by other departments

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
  • Fashion, Retail, Communication or Business related studies
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Adobe Photoshop skills are preferred but not a must
