Responsibilities

  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of industry issues as well as client challenges and objectives
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and pro-actively work to strengthen the relationship.
  • Support and train clients in the use of our product
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technology teams to increase opportunities to up-sell
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Build an individual development plan to continue skills and knowledge growth

Requirements

  • A student currently enrolled in an accredited university or college pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or other related fields of study
  • Have a junior classification or above
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and convey conceptual models addressing core business needs.
  • Excellent communication, written, organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, disciplined and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to understand different companies in a variety of industry segments and be conversant with the executive leadership of those companies
  • Excellent English & Chinese language skills
