Job Description

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, minimum 1-2 days at the office)

Type: Internship

Length: 6 months

Time: 40 hours

Expected Start Date: November 2022

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of a dedicated Direct to Consumer team, responsible for informing and building the online commercial strategy based on our analytics, consumer insights and business performance. You will work closely together with the team to on a daily basis to improve our conversion rate on all our different ecommerce channels. Alongside the conversion rate you are responsible to help the team by giving actionable insights on major KPI’s such as traffic, average order value & sales.

You are responsible for

  • You will support the D2C team on data analysis and deriving actionable insights
  • You will project manage all the data requests you get from the team
  • Support the E-commerce team in their daily operations with data
  • Demonstrate analytic skills and data driven decision making
  • Manage the relationships with partners and stakeholders (internal and external) and work closely with internal functions to ensure effective communications and data compliance

You are a part of

You are part of Digital Marketing & E-commerce team D2C Domestic Appliances.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science or related field
  • Superb Project management skills
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to write and speak effectively in English
  • Strong analytical skills: proficient with excel and experience with Adobe Analytics or Google analytics would be a plus
  • Digital savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Web Analytics, Tag Management.)
  • Curious mindset, positive and proactive approach
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Passionate to contribute with innovative ideas and cooperate with the different level of the organization (at local and international level)
  • Previous experience with ecommerce analytics will be considered as a plus
  • Detail and results-oriented
