The role will be part time, working Monday to Thursday. Working pattern will be Monday (including bank holidays) 9am to 5.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am to 2.30pm. As well as a competitive salary we offer a variety of excellent benefits including (but not limited to!):
The Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. The role will involve troubleshooting complaints and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.

Role Requirements:
We are ideally looking for Contact Centre experience or experience in the Utilities industry, but we would still be interested in hearing from you for our entry level opportunities if you have previous experience of working in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality etc.
