FeedbackFruits is a mission-driven scale-up that believes education is key to facing the future challenges of society and achieving individuals’ full potential. The success of today's education depends on teachers sparking students’ curiosity into lifelong learning and critical thinking. FeedbackFruits builds study activity apps to facilitate this transition in our education.

As a User Support Intern, you will be the main point of contact for our users.

You will gain valuable experience in executing, optimizing and growing the user-support operations of an EdTech company, which is expanding beyond the Dutch market into the American and Australian ones. You will also have ownership over building our social audience, engage in an impactful way, grow our online presence and drive interest in an international and open-minded scale-up.

We believe that impactful online communication is key for our users to learn about our values and products, therefore, we need someone like you to give it a direction. In addition to that, you will learn the ins and outs of a tech company that changes education.

Responsibilities (from high to low priority):

1. Support execution (80% of your time):

  • Connect with users and find ways to resolve issues or help them find their way around our apps either online or in face to face meetings
  • Get insight into all questions about software development and technology use in education
  • Collect insights on the user happiness and experience
  • Provide bi-weekly updates to the team on the Support KPI’s
  • Create internal documentation for the international growth
  • Provide knowledge and input on the international support strategy of FeedbackFruits

2. Contributing to help center (20% of your time):

  • Writing and updating user on-boarding documentation

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English, HBO/Bachelor Student or recent graduate i
  • Knowledge/experience in (Pre):
  • -Support

  • -Tutoring
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Creative
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about positive changes in society
  • You are a "people person" and have exceptional communication skills, no matter the audience
  • Willing to learn!
