WHAT YOU’LL BE IN CHARGE OF

We are looking for an experienced Service Designer that will shape and deliver better customer experiences. Someone that creates a deep understanding of how our customers and users interact with us; from the moment of first interest to the moment they become and remain a customer. Your ambition is to deliver seamless services and user centric product experiences. You understand retention, what it takes to keep customers happy and how good service design can contribute to this.

  • generate a more mature, structured and integral way of working with the internal departments involved
  • implement user appreciated improvements in our existing services
  • define and prioritise key future service innovations
  • build strong connections with stakeholders internally

THIS IS WHO YOU ARE

Service Design

  • You have proven experience in a service design role (3-6 years), preferably in a digital product environment,
  • with hardware product operations and maintenance experience as a bonus.
  • Understand the impact on product development and our existing service offerings
  • Think holistically and create solutions in an integrated way
  • Work with and help implement tools and processes for designing best services
  • Have experience in setting up the way of working internally between key departments involved in service definition
  • You have experience with user research methodologies, both qualitative and qualitative
  • Have excellent presentation and convincing skills
  • Create prototypes, organize user testing sessions and be able to gather feedback applying industry standard processes and tools.
  • Know how to facilitate ideation workshops successfully and are no stranger to Service Design and Design Thinking approaches

  • You know agile methodology and apply an agile mindset to all aspects of your work.
  • You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative, flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
