For our Marketing team, we are looking for a Technical Marketing Automation Specialist who can get our clients to the next level regarding Marketing Automation and has the skills to implement the best data setup and marketing automation technology. We’re looking for someone with problem-solving skills, who’s not afraid to test, explore and figure out puzzles on their own and who can manage and aligning the right resources and support as needed. You would be working directly with technical resources as well as stakeholders both internally and with the customer to achieve their objectives.

As Technical Marketing Automation Specialist you create and configure the automation solutions that will help our clients reach their business goals. By combining your technical skills and experience with your feeling for business you come up with the most beautiful technical solutions for our clients. You are experienced with several Marketing Automation solutions (or are willing to get comfortable with more than one) and can create solutions to combine product feeds, consumer databases, web contact and web behaviour data with the goal to create personalised customer journeys to persuade consumers to a conversion. You also have the communication skills to explain your solution to the client.

With this role, you’ll be part of a growing digital marketing & design team based in Amsterdam, collaborate with our international teams and work closely with our Marketing Automation Consultants to serve national and international brands with different level of maturity in various projects.

About you:

  • Have a Bachelor degree or higher. If you have a Masters degree in Marketing Management or Business Information Management, or comparable (preferably with a focus on the technical side of these studies) that is a plus;
  • Have 2 to 4 years experience configuring and implementing Marketing Automation tooling and how to integrate this with other systems, if you have certifications on any solutions you score bonus points!;
  • Have an excellent command of English, spoken and written (Dutch is a plus but not necessary) and are able able to read and write basic SQL queries or do segmentation with boolean logic or other tools and you have certain level of HTML knowledge;
  • Consultative skills and an ability to educate stake-holders, align expectations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations;
