Your mission, should you choose to accept it…

You will own the end-to-end commercial performance for your responsible product segment(s) and create marketing strategies and plans to grow performance over time in line with company goals. This role has a holistic view of every stage of the marketing funnel from acquiring new customers to building and leveraging TSH own customer database and retaining existing customers over time. You will fully utilise your growth marketing skills to create and execute a calendar of global commercial campaigns, customer life cycle activation and rapid experimentation to drive performance of your product segment(s). This role also provides a regular feedback loop of funnel performance and data-driven insights to evolve our product strategy further and improve commercial performance over time.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end funnel performance for the responsible product segment(s) and identify gaps and opportunities to improve performance over time;
  • Create and execute an integrated campaign and customer lifecycle strategy that drives demonstrable performance against clear & measurable KPI’s;
  • Own the global campaign briefing process for responsible product segment, liaising with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring campaign process keeps within timing and budget;
  • Create a sprint roadmap of rapid experimentation & testing to iteratively improve commercial performance over time;
  • Measure and report performance of growth marketing activity against clearly-defined KPI’s;
  • Work closely with the extended Digital Marketing team, Product & Experience team and the Performance Hub
  • Work together with the Analytics team to understand full funnel performance of product segment(s) and how to address any performance gaps through innovative solutions and experiments;
  • Leverage on 3rd party channels where relevant to create additional commercial revenue streams
  • Liaise with local marketing teams on any local marketing activation to support global campaigns & life cycle management.
  • Manage campaign budget and ensure we continuously review in terms of ROI possibilities

Who You Are:

  • A bachelor or masters in Marketing or related field;
  • at least 3 years’ experience in a Growth Marketing role or a Digital Marketing role that demonstrates strong growth marketing principles;
  • Commercial-minded with proven track record in driving strong commercial performance;
  • Strong analytics mindset with ability to drive actionable insights;
  • Creative flair and ability to innovate and push the status quo;
  • Great team player, thrives in a collaborative environment;
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills;
  • Good project management skills within a fast-paced environment;
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success;
  • Strong knowledge of digital industry market trends and opportunities;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
