At Sana Commerce, we currently have an internship available in our Global Recruitment team to support the recruiters by connecting the best talent to awesome opportunities within our organization, so teams within Sana Commerce can grow and reach their goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Reviewing applications and submitting them to the next stage;
  • Writing exciting job descriptions and posting them on various channels;
  • Managing the recruitment inbox and our recruiter guide;
  • Working on process/tooling improvement that impacts the team (e.g. employer branding, interview guides, sourcing efficiency).

What you'll bring:

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor/Master student within the field of Human Resources or (International) Business;
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week for a period of at least 4 months;
  • Client-facing experience through a (side) job or internship;
  • In-control – you know how to organize and structure your work;
  • Learning mindset – you are always looking for ways to improve for both yourself and your recruitment colleagues.
