What you’ll do:

Stakeholder Management

  • Involve key stakeholders in aspects of the Switch Squad sales activity.
  • Liaise with partner stakeholders daily on performance both operational and KPI related
  • Work with Operations Executive and Retail Channel Performance Manager on operational efficiencies that accelerate the pilot's performance.
  • With the Retail Channel Performance Manager, work across multiple departments receiving and cascading performance.
  • Collaborating and working cross functionally with all Sky departments on channel operations, performance and efficiency
  • Develop relationship with partner and internal stakeholders so the channel is fully integrated and celebrated within Sky.
  • Ensure all internal departments full understand the channel's operations so customers who contacts Sky are serviced in the correct way

Field Based

  • Work with our partner's sales representatives and managers Nationwide in the field 4 days per week.
  • Visit out partner sites and work with their leadership team to drive channel performance.
  • Support Partner induction delivery ensures Sky’s training material is being delivered to a high standard.
  • Responsible for auditing Sky’s in-field assets such as uniforms and vehicles are representing Sky’s brand to the highest standard.

Sales Performance

  • Responsible for the sales performance of the channel for TV sales and broadband sales performance.
  • Responsible for delivering trading performance updates to all key stakeholders and ensuring that no stone is left unturned to drive sales performance and meet Sky’s objectives
  • Business case new offerings for the channel that drives incremental growth.
  • Set channel targets each month to the partner and update stakeholders on performance.
  • Maximising the channel's financial performance and ensuring the channel consistently delivers profit margin for the business.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong understanding off Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Experience in analysing data
  • Experience with sales KPIs
  • Experience with efficiency measures
  • Full driver's license is a requirement for the role
  • Experience in working with external partners and account management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft application skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work, phenomenal attention to detail with a proactive and positive approach to their role and the wider business.
