We are expanding and we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Manager to join our Operations team in London. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative-thinker with excellent financial acumen and confident speaker who will contribute to the continued growth and efficiency of our business.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development and Operations, the appointee will assist Senior Management, dedicated to Corporate Development and expansion within the Firm on the identification and realisation of new business opportunities. This could take the form of new service offerings, channels to market or geographies. He / She will also support Senior Management responsible for Executive level Talent Acquisition in areas such as the development of business plans and proposals as well as the design of operating models.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage high profile internal projects simultaneously, reporting and interacting directly with Managing Directors and other stakeholders within the business including HR, Legal, Finance and Talent Acquisition as well as senior leadership
  • Identify priorities and coordinate across multiple departments to ensure deliverables are tracked in line with due dates
  • Support key stakeholders across EMEA who are responsible for driving growth across the Firm in the areas that have been mentioned above, (e.g. new markets, offerings and client groups)
  • Support European operations with internal tracking and reporting as well as streamlining existing processes where appropriate
  • Create financial models that analyse trends in key performance indicators
  • Continuously develop, improve, and in some cases, innovate internal processes of the business

Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 4 years work experience, ideally gained within a finance, accounting or analytically heavy environment. Experience of working within a Transactions Advisory / Services environment highly preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills essential with proven analytical skills & a high results orientation
  • Self-starter who can manage ambiguity and explore opportunities autonomously to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Intellectually curious, pro-active, and comfortable challenging the status quo to ask thoughtful questions and make proposals to solve problems
  • Execution-focused and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Ability to build and leverage strong relationships across the organisation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior management
  • Fluent business level English, other European languages are advantageous
